At the Wessex Heavy Horse Show, 28th September

What is a pudding competition?

That's easy!

Entering:

Make your favourite dessert- make sure there's enough for several servings. You can only get as many votes as there are servings!

Make another one, if you want. Or two more. Just make sure they are different.

Bring it to the Wessex Heavy Horse Show on Sunday September 28th, preferably before the first class starts at 9am, and hand it in at the pudding stand next to the Wessex Society stable.

Watch the public tasting and voting (you're allowed to do that too)

Collect your empty serving dish or plate after judging closes, and find out who won with the most votes!

Caution: The pudding table is not refrigerated, so don't bring anything that will melt. Puddings seen in previous uears include banoffee pie, lemon meringue, gateaux of all kinds, bread-and-butter pudding and trifle.

Judging:

Come to the the pudding stand next to the Wessex Society stable at any point during the day (although earlier rather than later if you want the best range of choice to taste, the pudding tasting is popular).

Pay a pound.

Taste servings of three puddings of your choice.

Vote for your favourite.

Repeat as often as you like!
